CNN's John Sutter talks about the importance of walking in Los Angeles. He says getting out of your car made him a better writer, but also more engaged with his city. Why do we set ourselves up with these 45-minute commutes across the city and put ourselves at such great distance from our loved ones? We can start to look at is why are you in the car so much? And what can you do to change that?
