The Importance of Knowing a Language

Knowing a language for me, it's very much like getting to know a friend. So, first of all, everyone has some. And some people have more, some people have less in numerical value. But it's not quite true that the more you have, the better. Right? It really has to do with what kind of friends you have,. What kind of history you have shared and so on. You might be extremely close, you know, certain period of your life and then grow apart and not be in touch for years and years and then come together. With the languages, it'svery much the same. I wanted them as friends. They were my best friends.
