The Role of Soy in Food Allergies

About three out of every 1,000 adults are allergic to soy. About 70% of the children outgrow their soy allergy by age 10. Soy is used as an ingredient for it can extend shelf life or changes texture. It's not at the moment included in the major allergen list in the US.
