Why You Shouldn't Pre-Optimize Your Team

If it's a critical business where you've just both quit your jobs, and you really want to get this out the door. Yes, maybe it's oka to make a sub optomal decision. Because pre optimization, as they say, is the root of all evil. So it's not, it's no good to preoptimize if your business is going to fall flat. Now, the other question i had was sort of more about a more established team. And this, as i've seen this happen a couple of times before, is that even if you pick a more obscure programming language, you don't need thousands of people coming into your organization witha year like it.
