The Multiple Equilibriums of Frontier Systems
I think the high level thing is I think you can tell a story about how there might be in some sense multiple equilibria. And so it seems like there might be some stable positive equilibrium where it's a case that people can pretty reliably identify whether some system they may want to release will do cast off the bad things. And instead make it using the techniques that allow it to be all right. And then you can also tell a storyabout another equilibrium where what you get to through people deploying some frontier systems before they've been able to figure out whether they're safe or unsafe.
