Is There a Self Transcendence in the Direction of Divinity?
i'm curious because eastern philosophy gives us a different perspective on the reality of the self. It bakes in this idea that you almost need to overcome yenot te basic unit of individual to transcend. That was always a very appealing idea forer me, an interesting one. And when you encounter it across so many people who have dedicated their lives to being mystics, i guess ou know what i mean. I think mysticism is something we need to look at and learn from,. whor not thoseThose who don't feel drawn can just ignore it.
