You can't execute well a bad strategy, but conversely, you can have a good strategy and not execute well. The problem we have about execution is if you do not define or operationalize the term in a way that you can measure and compare, it's just motherhood and apple pie. You know, what for you are those metrics of execution? And can you then spread the word in the organization, measure, improve to get better at those?
