In Luke, Christ had prophesied that Peter would deny him. In the next verse, in the as they begin to put him on trial, it's prophesy for us if you can, prophesy what's going to happen. He just looks at Peter and he's like, this is a fulfillment of what I just said. There's some irony in that element of it too.
