Can Hard Work Replace Hard Work?

Some players perform exceptionally in training sessions, solve relevant puzzles and yet their gameplay doesn't reflect the same. Are there people you are seeing making progress who aren't doing multiple hours a day? Or is that just the bare minimum and then you have to put in hours a day on top of that? Well I do think that they were a candy in hand. So if some of your bad habits, for example, I'm not going to go away without working hard. And would you say, can that replace hard work?
