Wounds are temporary injuries something that has been done to us if your parents were overly harsh to you that's a wound. Damages are more permanent wounds again something that has happened to us and where wound is temporary I damage is something that's permanent damages impact the way we do relationships. These things are not healable certain traumas certain mental health issues are damages that you have and you will carry with you many people will carry them for their lifetime.
