UBS and Credit Suisse have agreed a deal to provide 100 billion Swiss francs in liquidity assistance. The two banks are taking over one another's U.S. assets for potential losses from the S&B credit rating downgrade. A lot of investors will reassess how they need to assess the risk studies instruments, says PIMCO's Dan Iverson.
