"Thanks to the Ukrainian's courage and resistance, we're not facing military threats as of now," he says. "We have to deal with all kind of hybrid war threats... Russia has been trying to support some corrupt groups." Moldova is a neutral country; any changes to its constitution need to be supported by people,. He adds that if it comes to changing neutrality, this should happen through democratic process.
