The Role of Dopamine in Attention

The idea is that we have the capacity to focus really on two things at once. One times one act, let's just think of them as like two different spheres or two different points of attention. Each of those can shrink or expand depending on how much of your attention is going to say you and I in conversation,. But actually 1% is probably out there on the margins of what's going on in the room. So these two spheres of attention are what we wake up with and believe it or not, they're what we go to sleep with. And the idea is that those spheres of attention can be focused, you can focus just on your internal real estate. You've got this point
