The American Thoracic Society, ATS, just put out a new guideline for treatment of post-premature respiratory disease. There's very clear guidance of no real need for albuterol or steroids or x-rays. But there's very clear exclusion criteria for kids with chronic lung disease. So when these kids are in your clinic, because you're our expert continuity status post NICU provider, what is the general sense of how do you treat respiratory distress?
