Retuxomam and Walden's Drums

Single agent retuxomam, in my opinion, is almost never indicated for the treatment of full blown Walden's drums. So I don't see it anymore. If your IgM is 2000 and you flare to 3000, so what? You're not going to get into trouble with the 3000. The people you worry about in the 5000 and 6000 who will flare to seven and 8000. That's a real problem. Don't give Retuxomam with the first cycle or two. But don't give it as a single agent.
