The day after my guided trip, I was laying here on the bed. And so what's cool is you trip to this to a playlist that's been curated by these scientists and these songs from all over the world. There's classical music, there's Bach Mozart, but then there's like shamanic, you know, chants and drumming from Peru or Mexico. Some of it's pretty intense. But as you kind of are coming out of your experience, you are resonating with these massive feelings of gratitude and warmth.
