We're going to make a strategic move here in the future. A second order consequence would be, as soon as i do that, within a month, i'm going to need to triple my customer service team. It's those kinds of things that i think we're called on as ceos and leadership teams to think about so that we avoid having an unintended consequence. The hardest work i do is figuring out what in the world is the problem that i got. That's exactly what it is. Is this creating the execution strategy? What's the machine that I'm going to build? And here's the key that helps me overcome the obstacle that's preventing my forward progress of it.
