Jesha: I think one of thelimes come to tell you why this was helphful for me. My kids get home from school and there's that time of day when lunch was a long time ago, and we ate dinner pretty late in my house. And it's lik, i almost look at that now, is like a miniature meal. It wasn't about checking the with our hunger and fulness cues. But how much snacking do we do that's unrelated to hunger or to our values? You can actually eat something even when you're not hungry, because it fits your values.
