The Consistency of IQ Tests

There's a paradox that we are smarter, but in fact the need to be smart is not greater. IQ scores do predict all of the outcomes that economists study, like wages and life expectancy,. But let me just say that there are certainly arguments that these tests are not really picking up on what it means to be a smart person.
