How to Market to Your Customers

I think that once you understand one game and how it works, you can play them all. You have like three rolling rights in the same campaign that are just very different experiences. But if you like one rolling right, you probably like a bunch of other rolling rights. It comes down to understanding who your customer is and then marketing towards them. I think Isaac Childers does a great job with this. He makes games that his fans really want. And Jamie Stegmar, he made wingspan which was a really important branding decision by them.
