But i honestly believe that when you are, when you are physically exerting yourself, you are putting your body and your brain in a state that is different when you're at rest. That would make sense to me. I mean, i feel pretty good after it when i do work out, which i haven't in a while, so i feel terrible. And there's all these scientific studies that have shown how exercise can reduce anxiety, reduce ress, like, help all these things. So it would make sense that it would absolutely affect your self confidence and how you feel about maybe a recent fail or.
