Sarcopenia is to muscle what ostioporosis is to bone. So i've started doing resistance training. I go to the gym five times a week for forty minutes. Jane fanda has started, and told me she started doing the same thing. And i also do the elliptical because i'm trying to get my heart raed up. But better than both of those really, is the difference between sedentarism and moving outdoors. If you only do one thing, you should move outdoors.
