An ideal system would essentially allicate spots to those who valued them the most, and with everyone having an equal shot at getting a slot. S one alternative might have been some kind of lottery system. That was used for tickets allicated to a concert to mark the queen's platinum jubilee in june. There is precedent there. Or you could have paid tickets, so you'd set the price such that people who were most willing and able to pay get the limited number of slots. So i think its a good system doing it this way. And those who want to not prepared to cu and wait will do. The british, very good o cu e will do.
