Is Ego a Bad Motivator?
If ego is a bad motivator, and to be clear, you can have influence if your intentions are not pure. There's actually nothing wrong with a certain amount of ego. We will never get rid of it,. So long as you can recognize it in yourself and apply that for something that’s going positively for your moral compass. When you look back 12 months from now, i promise you that you'll see a lot more progress than you would have expected. It just doesn't feel like that because hard work isn't the sexy thing. But that's absolutely how we get there.
