For me personally, I think it is organization. If I don't organize parts of my life, I feel like everything is in disarray and it's really hard for me to get anything done. So if I can be at least hyperorganized for specific aspects of my day, it allows me to be more fluid and creative in other parts. One thing that has ADHD enabled me to do well is there's constantly fire drills and constantly something urgent. And we thrive in those scenarios. People with ADHD, we really are at our best when something is urgent and needs to get done.
