How to Understand the Market in a Changing Environment
If the whole market is on crisis and there are billions of shares going through the market being sold rapidly, regular decisions of individuals can become irrelevant. And in that environment, thinking that a prices are established by individuals rationally thinking that that's where the price should be, that's purely ridiculous. So i thakea proponent of a ficion market theory, kind of tried to make those things some kind of exception, but there's just way too many exceptions.
