The Difference Between Traction and Distraction
Indestructible author shares some personal advice and wisdom on how to avoid distraction. He says the vast majority of distraction begins from within which means if we don't understand what we are trying to do we have to change our bad habits for good. Says it's not video games or social media but email that tricks you into prioritizing urgent tasks at expense of heart, important work. And so he suggests turning off your notifications as well as doing things like drinking a glass of wine when you come home in order to de-stress.
