One of the worst mistakes I made in business was, was being super air again and offering advice to a client that was well outside the lean that we were asked to comment on. This sounds like a dumb one, but I basically pop off to this company. They lost a hundred percent of the investment. And so I don't know what that translates into more broadly, but basically knowing, knowing your value in this world and then being very comfortable playing their strengths.
