If this guy becomes governor and in two years has put up series dent in the problem, then congratulations. He deserves to be governor for a long time. But we've seen a lot of people come on or promise big things. And if that happens, though, if that does happen, if he gets in, he changes shit. This should become a template for all the way that governors are run.
