Is There a Pyramid?

Margaret Fit: I found a lot of what you were saying, very practical, really useful. My only concern is the concept of a pyramid. And I would like you to change it to a concept of a circle. Because just about every company is going to see this and go, oh, great, we only need to do this once. Whereas the reality is that this stuff still needs to be tested. You still need to learn.
