Can We See Water?

Can we see water? I don't know. Can we though? Can we see the interface between water and air? And I think that that's what fish see as the fish would say, I see air. It's always there splashing around on the surface or bubbling up from my butt. But when you look a long way through a lot of water, it gets blue. So heads up is going to be next week.
