The SEC's Double Standard on Crypto Assets
The SEC has taken the posture that you need to treat crypto deposits as if they were the assets of the bank. This is only going to mean that banks will either not do their crypto custody businesses or they will just cap the amount of assets that you can accept. It makes absolutely no sense, and I think it's illegal.
