We'd like to think of it as a multi-chaptured book. So really chapter one is partnering directly with those doctor partners. As we move to chapter two though, and we're actually at Ally, we're getting close to chapter two. We've already started a recruiting committee. How can we continue to teach new doctors about what's going on in the landscape of private equity so they can ultimately make the best possible decision for what they're hoping to accomplish?
