Burning Alive - Is That a Bad Idea?

For some reason, I get like this particular anxiety about picturing myself getting impaled by something. One of the reasons that that death seems so terrible to me is you're not supposed to remove it. And so there's this dual panic of like, I've got it in me and it shouldn't be there. But also I can't take it out or I'll die immediately. That was a really roundabout and gruesome way of introducing the topic of today's episode.
