Tike: The question of whether these policies are useful is one that is particularly salient now. And i'm thining of the of columbia's recently elected president, who has just launched this ideas of creating a consensus based and kind of community-based development plan. So i don't know if i would call but i guess maybe like that sepalinus were a third way. But at least they, they saw themselves, the framework that they used and the diagnosis that they had created was malliable enough to take in very different directions.
