The Evolution of Ogilvy

Ogilvy has adjusted its structure a little bit to get the best of both worlds. We still go to market as one Ogilvy, we still run it as one business. But we went back to have what we previously had a separate company is now as kind of BU's under one brand and focus on specialism. I personally think that having spent most of my career in China, there's a lot more that China could bring to the world because we're operating in the most digital market in the world.
