Is There a Balance Between Local and Global Opportunities?

I think we need to rely and trust our scientists as to sort of where those opportunities are. And then in terms of capital allocation, I think we've got to be realistic about it. There is an inherent localization dimension to some of that. It's how do we start really linking up and listening to one another around what we can each contribute?
