Why Is the Health and Wellness Charge on the Bill?

A recent trip through el the los angeles airport, i received a three % employe health and wellness charge on my bill. I did not see this charge advertised on the menu, but it may have been in tiny print. Is it legal for a restaurant to charge erroneous fees like this on the bill? We should keep track of all hall then idols, lads. It's all just extra fees to counteract an inflation, right? And having rit rght rig businesses are getting pinched, labor cost, everything else.
