Can M3 Occlusions Get Better?
A good rule of thumb is that you're using a CTA, right? Anyone with a carotid occlusion after the M3 would be an eligible candidate. You usually, NASOs because of more than five, would align with the patient who only have any electrophysic occlusion. But I've seen patients with mild strokes and a stroke scale less than five that have a large physic Occlusion. And there's a clinical study going on called low NASOs scale, large physic occlusion to determine best approach for those patients. The bachelor artery can carry a lot of morbidity and mortality; it has another variable in terms of anatomy.
