Bonds - Should They Overperform Equities?

Bond yields have risen by hundreds of basis points in the last year. But they are still well below their pre-crisis peaks, which could signal a turning point for bonds and equities. The way that this is going to end, in terms of how inflation is going to be broken, is through recession. And if you look at the way the stock market s priced right now, it's just not priced that way. It's price simply based upon the change in the discount rate. That's whyi i i think we're gong to start to transition to a point where bonds start to outperform stocks.
