My Background in the Beef Industry

Mat spangler, i'm a faculty member at the university of nebraska in the animal science department. I've been here since january of two thousand and eight. My current role is split across our three mission areas: extension, research and teaching. And so might my interest in the beef industry really stem from my upbringing.
