Sanam: I was 24 years old, I was recruited, I am an international which is an executive search firm. But pretty sick of doing the traditional method of hiring and working with clients especially at that time when startups were being built out. So my interests landed into being able to work with multitude set up of startups where I can teach them a little bit on how HR and recruitment would end up working.
