The Importance of Listening

open floor plans are better than cubicle farms. listening is a really fantastic tool I know this because I use it when I'm practicing Spanish and sometimes you start speaking and you say something you're like oh my god did that just come out with and I didn't think about it. Remember the most common mistake to avoid is I am agree or I'm not agree I agree or I don't agree so that gives you a little bit of extra brocabs in discussions. We can agree to disagree which means we can accept that we have different points of view but we're going to move on.
