What's Your First Job as a Leader Overtime?

First thing was to establish a presence in fort worth. First person i recruited was bill burton from austin. Convinced him to move up here, because he's been unbelievable for 30 years. And then from there, we just continued to add people. Now if you roll up, if you basically take that seed corn and lookt at the number of people that are managing pieces of that part of our business to day, it's 262 people. That's about 60 % of hillwood. Ouknow, we've also grown a huge industrial business over the years out of what we learned at alliance, andwere across the country and even in Europe.
