Is Antitrust Just a Waste of Time?

Antitrust can't really account for that unpredictable margin of competition, but it's clearly the thing that disciplines business is the most overtime. The conduct in question had no benefit, and it seemed pretty clear to me that it was anti competitive, and we won in court on that. And i think hopefully, by barring his company from doing what it was doing, we will now see, maybe they'll just lower the price for whatever other reason. But most importantly, we'll see entry. We'll see that market work in competition to liver the lower cost and the better goods that people want.
