The fact that Richard the Lionheart ends up in prison on the way home is obviously beneficial to the Muslim Near East. Saladin, when he dies in March 1193, his sons are fighting one another within months. And then England and France just falls into civil war fighting each other. Absolute chaos feel that the as the Plantagenet empire is picked apart by the French. So I guess that seems an example of where it's good news for the Muslims because the people in Christom are sort of busy.
