The Andrew Vikings conference started exactly like that. We were a bunch of organizers of Angular communities around Nordics. And we decided to actually join each other and then try to make it bigger meet up, because flying over speakers is not always so easy. The universities are the first place to start as also what we did with the NG Vikings as well. There are more and more people that help you there.
