The Fear of Technology in Neuromancer

It's hard to define cyberpunk. We're going to get lots of comments, I'm sure, by cyberpunk purists because a lot of people think cyberpunk died in the mid 80s. To me, that makes it a useless definition. Because then we're defining a fossil. And that doesn't help us. If we want to write books that are similar to that, we need to, we have to define it.
