If you're losing a fair amount of muscle, you're also going to lose strength. And that also then informs how you should be training. I always recommend people to keep training heavy. Keep trying to make progress even if you know you're not going to make progress after maybe three or four weeks of diting. But have the mentality get in there, try to beat your last work out by one rip.
