The Importance of Strength in Rehab
The failure in rehab is often us, the physios, and for me, we sometimes get it wrong. We need to make our athletes and our patients strong enough to go back to activities that they want to go back into. But strength is not the bill in and all. And if there's other parts of the rehab process that you not ticked off, and your patient athlete is not on the right to progress then you're ultimately maybe setting yourself up for failure.
